Yelo Velo

There's a new lube out there.... Yelo Velo!  I first saw them at Sea Otter this year and was curious about their biodegradable, green products.  Being a devote Dumonde Tech user, I was a bit skeptical that this sustainable product made from plant based oils would hold up to my abusive pedaling and stubbornness of not wanting to lube my chain every single ride.

Well, I've found this stuff really works!  I've been running the Milky White for almost a month now on XC and all mountain rides in Santa Cruz and endless days of DH fun at Northstar.  My chain stays clean and lubed for almost as long as the petroleum based Dumonde Tech I used to use.

I love this stuff because if my dog licks it up I don't have to worry and if it gets on my hands its really no biggie at all.  It is completely non-toxic.  You could seriously drink the stuff if you were into weird things like that.
